Therefore, in order to partly “dodge” from the inherent pressures of daily life, many young people have begun to learn and choose a minimalist lifestyle. To achieve the maximum effect in the minimalist lifestyle, thinking is the first thing that people who follow this lifestyle need to aim for.
One of the characteristics of a minimalist is knowing how to remove and organize. It will not be difficult to see a young person “enjoy” this life with a minimalist style, making use of all the features of his objects in an interesting and effective way. They accept to get rid of bulky things and move towards objects with more advanced and modern utility features.
Starting a minimalist lifestyle for more than a year now, Laura said she was really comfortable and less pressured when pursuing this lifestyle.
“There’s a song that I’m very fond of right now: “Growing up from many stumbles, but having tripped and bumped, you have to scratch”. So I think the more you think about it, the more tired you become. Instead of blaming others, learn from your own experiences to achieve your desired goals. Each person should only compare themselves with themselves the day before, instead of comparing with other people’s lives,” Khanh Linh expressed.

I’m not a pure minimalist Gen Z, but I’m still practicing minimalism first in consumption. I only buy what I really need, not everything I like. Gradually, I also got rid of the financial pressure because I no longer spent too much like before.”
Be more active in stormy times
One of the pressures that young people are facing at the moment is the mental crisis because the “cold storm” is creeping into every corner of their lives. It can be said that this is the “first shock” of many Gen Z under the impact of the global economy. This has made the modern young generation bear more than the cost of inflation.
Despite such difficulties, with their acumen in the age of technology and their favorite minimalist lifestyle, young people have been making changes in line with today’s “unstable” situation.
